Ordering on FoodLine
1. Why should I order the vouchers from FoodLine?
   The vouchers are redeemable from 230 popular cake outlets all over Malaysia, and your guests or recipients can redeem these vouchers for cakes or pastries from any of the outlets. Also, it’s super easy for you to send them the e-vouchers. Simply indicate their mobile number/ email address on our voucher delivery system and click the “Send” button.

4. How do I make payment for my order?
   You can make payment for your order online, i.e. Credit card and Paypal.
5. How many days do I need to order in advance?
   There is no lead time required. E-Vouchers can be sent to your recipients on the same day after payment has been made.
6. How do I know if my order is successfully placed online?
   After placing your order, you will receive an email to inform you that your order has been successfully placed. For e-vouchers, the email will contain the link to the voucher delivery system, which you can use to send the vouchers to your recipients.

7. What is this cash reward all about?
   FoodLine offers all FoodLine customers a cash reward of RM8 when you leave a review. The cash reward will be transferred to the bank account that you have specified.
8. Can I order catering on behalf on an organization via FoodLine? Will I be entitled to the cash reward?
   Yes, you can and you’ll still be entitled to cash rewards.
9. Will the cash rewards be indicated in the invoice?
   As the cash rewards is offered to you by FoodLine after you have left the review, the cash rewards are not indicated in the invoice.
10. How to claim cash reward?
    After your event has passed, login to the Cash Reward page to leave a review. On the review page, indicate your bank account details and the cash reward will be transferred to you in 3-5 working days.
11. When is the latest I have to claim the cash reward?
    Your cash reward will expire 30 days after your event date (w.e.f 20th Feb 2020). For example, if your event date is on 1st May, then the last day to claim the cash reward will be 31st May. This is to ensure reviews on our platform are kept up to date.

12. What are FL Coins?
    Buy on FoodLine and earn FoodLine Coins (FL Coins). For online payments, FL Coins can be used to offset the price directly.
13. How do I use my FL Coins?
    1. Login to your FoodLine Account
    2. Use your FL Coins on the ordering pages (see below for an example of what to look out for)
       
14. Are FL Coins added on top of cash rewards and other promotions on FoodLine?
    Yes, FL Coins are added on top of cash rewards, and other promotions on FoodLine.
15. Can I use FL Coins to offset my online payment on FoodLine?
    Yes, FL Coins can be used to offset your online purchases.
16. If my order is cancelled /rejected, how many days will the refund of my FL Coins take?
    The refund is usually immediate or within 2 working days from order rejection/cancellation.
17. Can I transfer FL Coins to my friend's account?
    No, FL Coins cannot be transferred from one account to the other.
18. How much FL Coins can be earned when making a purchase?
    Promotion from now till end of Sep 2025 (2x more coins!):

    • For online payment, 50 100 FL coins given for every $100 spent.
19. How many FL Coins can be used per order?
    You can use your FL Coins to claim up to 10% of the order amount, capped at RM100.
    
    Example 1: For order amount of RM300, the maximum FL Coins you can use is 1,000 FL Coins (worth RM30 <- 10% of RM300)
    Example 2: For order amount of RM3000, the maximum FL Coins you can use is 3,300 FL Coins (worth RM100 <- 10% of RM3000 capped at RM100)
20. When do I receive FL Coins?
    Usually within 2-3 days of your order been completed, you will receive FL Coins.
    
    After you have submitted your order, you will be informed of FL Coins which you can expect to receive when your order is completed. Your order is deemed completed usually 2-3 days after payment has been collected from you, or when you have submitted a review and invoice for your order.

21. Can I provide reviews if I didn't order through FoodLine?
    Currently we only allow customers who have ordered through FoodLine to post reviews, and claim the cash rewards.
22. Who provide the reviews on FoodLine?
    The reviews are provided by past customers who have ordered and experienced the merchants’ services through FoodLine.
