     After your payment on FoodLine, we will send you a link to the voucher delivery system via WhatsApp and email. If WhatsApp is unavailable or there is an issue sending the message, SMS will be sent to the recipient instead. The system allows you to enter your recipient’s mobile number or email address based on your preference. You can then use the system to send the e-vouchers to your family & friends via WhatsApp/SMS, email, or both.
2. How does the Baby Full Moon / Baby Shower Voucher work?
   FoodLine Baby Full Moon / 100 Days / 1st Birthday / Baby Shower Voucher are accepted at any of the 213 F&B outlets in Malaysia. Your recipients can use the voucher as cash voucher OR redeem for FoodLine special product(s) at participating F&B outlets. The physical voucher or e-voucher must be presented for redemption via walk-in to any participating store. View redemption locations for the participating stores.
3. How does the FoodLine 110% Satisfaction Guarantee for Baby Full Moon / Baby Shower Vouchers work?
   Our Baby Full Moon / Baby Shower Vouchers continue to please our customers, and we would like to offer a 110% satisfaction guarantee to you. If your recipients do not like the FoodLine Baby Full Moon / Baby Shower Vouchers, return them to us, and we will refund you 110% of the purchase value.
   Terms:

   • Refund request must be submitted within 30 days of date of purchase

   • For e-vouchers, you can show your logo/ brand/ event on the welcome page before your recipients access their e-vouchers. No minimum order size required, and immediate.
6. Can we customise the email/WhatsApp/SMS templates used for sending vouchers?
