What happens after I place the order?
• Gift Cards to recipients
  After your payment on FoodLine, we will send you a link to the gift card delivery system via WhatsApp and email. If WhatsApp is unavailable or there is an issue sending the message, SMS will be sent to the recipient instead. The system will enable you to enter your recipients mobile number or email address, based on your preference, and then send the gift cards via WhatsApp/SMS, email, or both.

🎁Gift Card Basics
How does the Gift Card work?
These gift cards are accepted at any of the 230 F&B outlets in Malaysia. Your recipients can use the gift card as cash voucher at participating F&B outlets. The gift card must be presented for redemption via walk-in to any participating store. View redemption locations for the participating stores.
What is the validity period of the Gift Cards?
The Gift Cards are valid for 6 months counting from the purchase date. No extension of Gift Cards is allowed once the gift card has expired.
Is there a minimum order?
No. There is no minimum order required. You can order as few as 1 Gift Card.
Can my recipients combine 2 or more Gift Cards for their order?
Yes! Gift Cards are stack-able and cash top up is allowed if the item your recipient wishes to redeem is of higher value.

Example: Your recipient has a RM10 Gift Card and a RM20 Gift Card and wishes to redeem a RM31.60 item in store. Top up will be RM1.60 (RM31.60 - RM10.00 - RM20.00 = RM1.60).
Can I exchange for cash using the Gift Card?
Like most other gift cards, the Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and will not be replaced if lost or damaged. Any unused value will not be refunded and will be forfeited.
What are the current promotions?
From now till end of the month, for purchases over RM200, you will receive a 5% discount. For purchases above RM400, you will enjoy a greater discount of 5% + 5% off on the Gift Cards. Hurry.
How does the FoodLine 110% Satisfaction Guarantee for Gift Cards work?
Our Gift Cards continue to please our customers, and we would like to offer a 110% satisfaction guarantee to you. If your recipients do not like the FoodLine Gift Cards, return them to us, and we will refund you 110% of the purchase value.
Terms:
• Your recipient does not like the Gift Card
• Refund request must be submitted within 30 days of date of purchase
• Refund amount is capped at RM2,000
Steps to seek refunds:
• Email to sales@foodline.sg with the subject "Unhappy with gift cards. Refund 110% of Gift Card value"
• Provide us with the serial numbers on the Gift Cards
• The refund to your bank account will take 5 – 7 working days.

Yes, the gift cards can be scheduled ahead to be sent on the date which you wish.

Yes, you can customise the gift card by uploading your own design and personalise the message shown to recipients on the welcome page. No minimum order size required, and immediate.
